Fresh lemon coriander leaves are a staple in South American and Asian cuisine, as is parsley in European cuisine, despite not having much in common in regards to their aroma. The leaves of this variety have a beautiful intense lemon aroma and only subtle undertones of the soap-like taste often associated with coriander.
