Long Coriander, also called Mexican Coriander or Culantro, is a spice herb from Central America. There, it's used as an aromatic, intensely scenting spice, which is used like coriander. Furthermore, it's used against digestive problems in folk medicine. Its leaves are denticulate. It can be bought fresh in Asian supermarkets sometimes and in Thai cuisine, it's often used for seasoning. One leaf suffices to season a whole dish.
